This has to do with capacity on demand, on your initial email:

Installed memory:                              131072 (Total memory installed on the server)
Deconfigured memory:                                0
Available memory:                               16384 (Memory available to allocate to partitions)
Configurable memory:                            81920 (Total activated memory)
Memory region size:                               256
Current memory available for partition usage :  78080
System firmware current memory:                  3840
Maximum number of memory pools:                     0

So based on these numbers you have ~49Gb of inactive on demand memory.

Hope this helps!

I figured that's what the "System firmware current memory:
3840 MB" was for.

Tried to google this and some p dude went on about each frame taking some
memory or something.  Got rather confusing.  All I know is that I have
131GB of which I can use 2/3 and 1/3 is in the ether.  That's a chunk of
change.
