If you don't care about the details then retrieve the object
description instead. CHGCMDDFT sets User Modified to YES and APAR ID
to CHGDFT.
That will be so much easier than messing with XML output.
I have some recollection of seeing somewhere a flag that indicated
CHGCMDDFT had been used on the command but can't recall it right now.
I'll keep pondering ...
