You could list the journals using - DSPOBJD OBJ(*ALL) OBJTYPE(*JRNRCV) OUTPUT(*PRINT). Or PRTJRNRCV from TAATOOL.
We do this every month and keep the three (3) most current journals form each group.
The TAATOOL print also shows you which journal is attached at time of run.

As alluded in my prior post, journal receivers *should not* be
placed in QSYS. Receivers are "user data", but like other user
created objects in QSYS, they will be accounted as part of the OS
and saved as part of the SAVSYS.
