No joke. As much as politically possible (the developer responsible is my boss), I pointed out that putting an LF/View in a library other than the one in which the PF is located is not a good idea.
I did some further testing this morning: Restoring each affected library individually (made the job log easier to read / find errors). Turns out that the PF is not deleted during the CLRLIB. Thus, when the RSTOBJ procedure runs, it refuses to restore the affected PF. All messages are responded automatically via the System Reply List, which is why I never got an error during the restore (my bad).
