Thanks! I rolled my own, using the Application_ItemSend exit point in
Outlook.

I tried Random Signature Changer (freeware
http://www.download32.com/random-signature-changer-i33573.html) for a while
but found it too limiting. You can find examples/ideas of how to do this
with Outlook via Google searches like "Random Signature Outlook
Application_ItemSend". One example that's pretty easy to understand is
