Or have *ALLOBJ authority. I guess (know) I get lazy regarding authorities since I have all object authority on both of our systems. I have to keep reminding myself, when I test, to use a generic user profile. Not doing so has come back to bite me in the tush more than once.

Subject: authority issue on RSTOBJ command

My user profile says:

"Special authority . . . . . . . . . . . . : *SAVSYS "

in my user profile, yet when I key RSTOBJ I get the response:

"Not authorized to command RSTOBJ in library *LIBL."

That seems contradictory to me. Am I missing something?
