I don't think application administration became available until V4R3.
That shouldn't be available at all in his client.

FWIW. If you righ click on your connection name in Ops Nav, you should
see an Application Administration menu option. Check this out. This is
also at the Management
Central level. Someone with the correct authorities could have change a
setting in here but it would affect everyone.

I can't talk them into upgrading. There's been no changes like PTF's,
etc. It used to work, now it doesn't. I am completely baffled (which

happens way too often.) :)
