Use the system API's. Speed is dependent on how much information you are
pulling. A DSPOBJD to an outfile is pulling everything so it is slow. If you
just wanted basic information it would be quicker.
QUSLOBJ
*Format name*INPUT; CHAR(8)

The format of the information returned on each object that is requested. You
must use one of the following format names:
*OBJL0100* Object names (fastest) *OBJL0200* Text description and extended
attribute *OBJL0300* Basic object information *OBJL0400* Creation
information *OBJL0500* Save and restore information; journal information *
OBJL0600* Usage information *OBJL0700* All object information (slowest)

For details about the formats, see Format of the Generated
Lists<http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/iseries/v5r4/topic/apis/quslobj.htm#HDROBJLF>.
For performance reasons, you should choose the format that returns only as
much information as you need. The higher the number of the format name, the
more information is returned and the more time it takes to process.

Is there a quicker way to list the objects in a library to an *OUTFILE
than a DSPOBJD FOO/*ALL *ALL *OUTFILE? That works, but it takes a good
ten seconds to list 166 objects.
