Seven uses of leverage in Epicor's seven paragraph blurb is surely
a world record!


Leverage often means the amount borrowed. Say investors put in $2 million, then leverage (borrow) $8 million to buy a building for $10 million.

If the property value declines by 20%, it wipes out the investor value.
