Assuming you can't switch to a more modern solution...

You could either create a date file like some others have mentioned, or....

In 'Define Result Fields' you can use the CURRENT(DATE) function to get the current date in MM/DD/YY format. You could then use a mixture of CHAR(), SUBSTR() and DATE() functions to set up a date literal in the proper format. Note that these functions may cause an appreciable performance hit.
