Workplace Collaboration Services... Not sure if this is what you're
thinking of, but it might help narrow the search.

Thanks Rob...I'll check out that link. I was hoping that I could use
Sametime, but since this is an Exchange shop, I doubt if the whole Lotus
thing would fly. I know they won't change email systems, and there's
probably not enough perceived value for just the IM piece.
