For this specific stuff, through BRMS, we decided to exclude QMPGDATA
library of daily backup, and save it when the system is in restricted
state for a SAVSYS.
We consider that QMPGDATA is not a mandatory library for recovery
purposes and, therefore we do not need a daily backup for it.

Also, we do need performance collections during backups.
