We are in the process of migrating historical data from a Japanese
subsidiary into our JDE system, and we have found that some of their files
have invalid data in some of the fields. I would like to be able to write a
program that can identify which fields in which records have potentially
invalid DBCS data.

The files in question are CCSID 930.
