Thanks for the manual link. A few pages further on (51) the manual says how to get this function to work. Go SETUP and take option 1(Customize your system, etc., change " Save job accounting information about completed printer output field" to 'Y'. After doing that, the F6 option appeared!

I'm doing a WRKSPLF, my default is to have assistance level =
*INTERMEDIATE.  So an F21 to change it to basic and I see the above
screen.

Try it via CHGUSRPRF ASTLVL() rather than for the WRKSPLF command.
