My former customer replaced his by himself. He's not a computer guy. I
told him to shut down, unplug and get the panel off and look for the
battery. He did it with no problems.

Search the archives. Several people on the list have replaced their own
cache batteries. Batteries Plus even has a part number for them. Look a
little like the batteries in many home portable phones. There's your clue
- include "batteries plus" in your search.
