You would use Enterprise Extenders for the replacement for Anynet, which you
can configure on V5R4 or V6R1.

Can you use ObjectConnect on the virtual Ethernet between LPARs? I made a
brief attempt a long time ago and gave up on it, but am thinking about
adding more LPARs and it might be handy.
