The WDSC list will probably get you more answers, but one possibility is
to make an RSE user action that does a RGZPFM FILE(&L/&F) MBR(&N)
SRCOPT(*DATE)

The FAQ shows a Code/400 macro written by Craig Strong:

only reset the date, but set it to a value of your choice.
