"Easily" is always open to interpretation, but the FTP Request Validation exit point documented at http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/iseries/v5r4/topic/rzaiq/rzaiqsvreqep.htm certainly seems appropriate. I have certainly used the exit point for similiar activities in the past.
