RE: SNDSRVRQS *TEST - use phone, not internet

No, it's one time only because I changed how the phone line is hooked up.
The i now needs to dial a 9 first to get an outside line. I simply want to
test it.

If you delete the config that is setup for the internet and create only
a DIALUP config if won't use the net...

Sounds to me like what he's after is a way to force it to use the modem,
at will, on an ongoing basis, without having to delete profiles every

time.

Why, I don't know. We haven't had a hooked-up ECS modem on any of our
boxes in over a decade.
