Hello Sharon,

I'm glad that you and Rob spoke up, however I don't think it's FUD when
I tell someone to call the vendor and find out.

If you guys re-read my email that was part of the text. I'll quote it
below for you :-)

Not sure if Opentext is still supporting the product.

Does this customer have support ? If so you should be able to talk to
Opentext.

Not sure why that is FUD :-)

For full disclosure on my comments I must add that we have had customers
convert from Spyview because of high cost of maintenance and crappy
service from Opentext. Plus the fact that they have to upgrade several
levels to get current.

If that's FUD, then it's based on real customer feedback.

If you use and like Opentext, stay with it. You're certainly not
obligated to take my comments to heart, but they are based on facts as I
know them.

If you have something related to Spyview or Opentext to add to this,
feel free, otherwise let's not perpetuate this discussion.

Richard,

The problem is you're a vendor for a competing product. That is what
makes it look so bad. Especially when you "mention" you can deal with
the conversion.

In Rob's defense, I thought it just didn't say it. When he responded, I
said "kudos".

If you're not sure, then why say that? FUD?

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
