It seems to me then, that the view is useless unless there is a way to change a setting or something so that you can actually view ALL of the data? or am I missing something completely here

Why when I do a quick view on a file, do the numeric fields show as hex?
One of the files I am speaking of was created using query 400, nothing
fancy
