No. QSECOFR should expire just like everyone else. For example, if I
always log in as ROB (who has all of the authority classes) and the last
person who used QSECOFR was laid off 5 years ago and I haven't changed the
password since then I may be exposing myself.

The reports should tell you who has a password expiration interval of
*NONE. Those of the Q persuasion, in general, I wouldn't mess with.
