Rather than deleting and re-creating the Logicals, it is better to
change their "Access path maintenance".
CHGLF X/Y MAINT() from whatever it was (usually *IMMED), to *DLY during
the copy-function, then *REBLD or *IMMED when the copy-function is
completed.
