Not without using a lot of APIs. Don't you have SPLTOOL
site? There is a command called SPLATT (Spooled File Attributes) inand *ALL for
SPLTOOL
that will allow you to build a PF filled with spooled file information.
You
just give it the information you know (you can use wildcards
most) and it then creates a PF, you read through it, and bingo, you havevendor created
all
the information you need for each specific spooled file.

Is there a way to get the unique identifier for a spool file with only
knowing the spool file name and assuming there is only one copy
in the OUTQ?
(The Job Name, Job User, Job Number and File Number.) We run a
report on one
day then we want to run another program to split out this
the searchreport into multiple reports a couple days later. This is a payrollreport
so it has to be sent out on payday. I haven't seem much with
mailing listterms I used.
