Ahhh... ...I've heard, but can't remember where, that you should not start
up the admin server if you have changed the SystemDefault.properties.

systemdefault.properties had a line for java.home, which was messing this
whole thing up. After deleting that line, the Admin console comes up fine.
And, Man is it different at V6R1.
