Thanks again to Carsten. By using your DSPIFSLCK tool I was able to
convince IBM that the API was ok and that iNav (and probably also Mimix)
were using it wrong. They were able to duplicate it. Before that they
were tripping out on some bizarre explanation that the api might be able
to tell it's locked but actually had to ask the person locking it if they
were allowed to tell you who had it locked. I tried to encourage him to
seek treatment as if they knew who had it locked, why would they have to
ask the locking job if they could tell you who they were.
