Thanks. I *guessed* that would be the case but I wasn't sure.

CE showed up to replace the drive, found an FSP issue, not memory, was the root of some of the other "phone home" attempts by the 520 and, while he was in SST, he removed the non-reporting memory. This is the first time these folks have IPL'd in a while and that triggered a host of "one off" phone home calls.
