FROM "DATLIB"/"UFP2"
WHERE UKEY1 = UKEY2)

you have to use the where exists in case file1 item
does NOT exist in file2 (otherwise be prepared to
deal with the *null value return.

this way, you only update records in file 1 that
occur in file2... other file1 records will be ignored
because the fail the EXISTS test.
