How long has the customer been running your application? Is this part of one of your standard packages, James, or something unique for this client?
If they are not new and a standard piece that other clients have/use, then it sounds like they bollixed it somehow. Have them do a WRKOBJ for the file; the same log in that was used when the level check occurred so that that person's library list is searched.
Also, if Eric is correct about the format id's, re-compiling the file's DDS on V5 whatever might have generated a different id than on your system. That is, you create your package on older systems for support purposes, if I recall correctly.

I believe it's on a customer box, rather than one of ours, and so it's
probably V5R3 or V5R4.
