S/36 RPG is just RPG II. if you have the RPG II compilers, there shouldn't
be any issues with compiling the programs. In PDM, option 14 will
automatically select the right compiler based on the source type. OCL is
interpreted, so it won't need to be compiled. You used to be able to type
STRS36 to start the S/36 environment, or run a S/36 procedure by using the
STRS36PRC.

It's been a long time since I used those commands.
