It's CFGPFRCOL. I couldn't find the PERFORM menu (v5r4), but there is a CMDPFR menu.

Hello,

CHGPFRCOL let you change interval and cycle interval, however it's
normally
the number of executed threads during the measurement period that sets the
size of the *mgtcol object.

Create database files *NO is also a way to keep the qmpgdata library size
lower. You can always create the files when/if you need them from the
*mgtcol object.
