Depending on where you are located, I'd take it off of your hands. I'm in Michigan near Detroit. I know the 720 isn't a light box as far as transport and shipping.

I have a double-wide 720 with power supply / UPS battery issues which I'd love to rejuvenate into a test box. Possibly a Son of Frankenseries. Cue the mad scientist laugh....

Do I then just pull the plugs?
I'm planning on just trashing the machine after smashing the disk
drives.
Do I need to treat the batteries as hazardous waste?
