1 - Try this command on a file with multiple members:
ADDPFCST FILE(MYLIB/ORDLINE) TYPE(*REFCST) KEY(ORDERNO)
PRNFILE(MYLIB/ORDHEAD) PRNKEY(ORDERNO)

2 - Try using STRSQL against the file without OVRDBF and/or CREATE ALIAS.
