First, there should be more detailled information somewhere in that report.

In STRSST 1/3 should show you comm traces. These can eat disk space.

In STRSST 1/1/3 you can change PAL log sizes. These can also eat disk
space, especially in Auto mode.

In STRSST 1/2 you can have LIC Traces.

Basically, STRSST 1/ and then check every menu point there is. I don't
understand even half the stuff you can do there, but there is a lot of
logging stuff that can use disk space.

A few weeks back, i had a similar problem that the "Manage jobs" part
of the LIC used 30GB of space. In that case, a RCLSTG fixed it:
