From what you have below, CMN19 is definitely the T5 port on the
back of the CEC.

You can try going into SST by typing STRSST, then option 8 for work
with Service tools userids and Devices , then select option 3. If it's a
Twinax console, it should have Console type set to #1 Twinax. Also option 4
on the Configure Service tools Lan Adapter should have the TOP area blank.

No. This is a twinax shop so the console is supposed to be Twinax.
Could it have been configured for LAN concole in SST? Should I look for
something that would indicate it is configured for LAN console even
though we are using Twinax?
