subject: RE: Write to iSeries via ODBC

Having had a play with this, I find I can't get Excel to write back to
the
iSeries. Does anyone know how to do this - the iSeries Access ODBC
driver
certainly seems to support more than just read-only.

The file you want to write/update to has to be journaled.

This wasn't an issue under v5r2, but bit us when we upgraded to v5r4.
