Marc,
This is what I needed. Did a change to CPA0700 to reply with (I). then set it back to 'D'.
Worked great.
Thanks,
William....

I am trying to use a reply list to answer a CPF1054 message. I
want the system reply to be 'I' to this message. When it runs the
answer is a 'D' not the 'I' I wanted. I have done this for other
messages and it has worked fine. What am I overlooking? It must
be to close to the weekend... Thanks in advance for all help,
William Moore

CL:
ADDRPYLE SEQNBR(50) MSGID(CPF1054) RPY(I)
ENDSBS SBS(QPFASTX) OPTION(*IMMED)
RMVRPYLE SEQNBR(50)

JOBLOG MSG:
Reply List entry with sequence number 50 added to system reply
list. No subsystem QPFASTX active.
CPF1054 received by CLOSDWN2CL at 6300. (C D I R)
D

With DSPMSG QSYSOPR or DSPLOG, you will see that the message id is not
CPF1054 but, most probably, CPA0701.

Then, if you take a look at the content of the system reply list
(WRKRPYLE), you should have, if I remember fine, CPA0700 with reply D.
CPA0701 is handled by generic CPA0700.
