Yeah, but if you have to have a REALLY signed copy then someone needs to run
it through a scanner of some sort..

Personally I find email much more reliable than fax. Don't know why but I
get so many garbled transmissions with fax. And other issues like
- running out of paper
- running out of toner
- multipurpose device trying to decide if it's a fax, incoming call, or
computer connection.
- people who share their phone line with their fax and have it being used
for something else.
- Businesses who actually have to manually transfer a call that sounds
like a fax to a fax machine.
- People seem to have a much tougher time entering a valid fax number than
a valid email address.
- Businesses that expect you to transfer to an extension to get a fax
machine.
