You'll be lucky to get it fixed this month. I once had to declare a "machine
down" condition in order to get some keys.

I appreciate the offer, but the issue has been identified and the wheels are
already turning, albeit slowly. It turns out somebody did something bizarre
(Global Services moved the machine to another customer number) and it needs
to be fixed. As you note, this is done in IBM Brazil and I guess they work
at a different pace; we're hoping it gets fixed by the end of this week.
