Doesn't anyone want to be better at their job? Or are we all just
programming the same old way doing maintenance (or contract maintenance)
for
the rest of our career?
If I could get a job doing nothing but what I want to do and make the
money I make today on 'contract maintenance' I would do it.
Unfortunately, those kind of jobs don't grow on trees, and rarely do
they pay what I make.
Are you willing to hire me to do just the things that _I_ feel are
'modern' enough for me to work on?
