The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

I have insider information :-) I had a message when I came in this
morning from much earlier this morning, asking if I could help. So I
knew the lab was already involved; plus Rob gave the PMR. And by then I
had found the PMR already, having correlated the instant message to an
existing PMR, and soon after to this discussion thread as well.
I guess I never really thought much about it... but I realize it now.
This news server obfuscates my email address, and since there is no
evidence in my signature line, it is not obvious that my postings come
from ibm.com except when viewing full email headers. Hmmmm.
