As you know the 810 loses its upgrade path the end of this November.
So, its value is much higher right now then it will be in 6 months from now.
It has trade-up value and that is very very important. We recently had a
customer that we upgraded their 810 to a 525, and the estimated value of the
810 was about 25,000 (it was a 2 way Enterprise Edition), but its value in
the trade in was 143,000.

Not only did they go from 2400 CPW to 3800 CPW, but they reduced
their hardware maintenance costs, and their software maintenance costs going
from a P20 to a P10. I see that you aren't too far from me, get in touch
