We have a policy here that a userid is disabled if it hasn't been used in 30
days or more. In addition of course we have userids being disabled because
the user can't remember their password. Recently, to satisfy the auditors,
we reduced the maximum number of incorrect attempts to 5.

Any spool file created by a disabled userid (either before it was disabled
or from a scheduled job) is held by the writer and message CPF3395 is sent
to QSYSOPR. This also happens when a report is created by an expired
userid.

Is there any way to allow these reports to print? I understand why they are
probably being held but it is causing us more problems than the prospective
benefits. I've looked but can't see anything.

Thanks,

Gord
