Bill of Lading DDS/PRTF?

Hi All,

Before we run off and recreate the wheel I thought it prudent to ask if
anyone has already created the DDS for a VICS Standard Bill of Lading.

We have one now based on an overlay from pages 8 & 9 of this document:

We have created our own pick notes and invoices by drawing the boxes,
adding barcodes, etc all in the DDS.  We would like to do something
similar with the BOL because it gives us more flexibility.  With all of
the boxes on this form it might take quite a bit of time to recreate.

If you have created a PRTF for the standard BOL and would be willing to
share, that would be great.
