RE: IBM Download Site Error

I'm having some IBM site issues today - apparently me wanting to do a
firmware upgrade this weekend isn't as important as the people who all
wait until the last minute to download the PTFs for DST!!! ARRGH!!!

I just had some network reconfiguring done and want to make sure I am

somehow being blocked from this site based on my routers.
