OK, here is what i think happened...

When I, from my web browser, downloaded the ptf groups,
The individual PTF's were placed in *SAVF's.


When I SNDPTFORD from green screen the SF99114, they downloaded via *ECS
(one hour for 910K), and I now have a SF99114 HTTP SERVER ptf group.
