I can't get too specific. We use various methods of connecting depending on the client we're supporting. A mix of VPN (PC-to-us or client LAN to our LAN), SSL, etc. are used. A couple of us in IT have Mochasoft products; I like their regular emulator as I can use the mouse wheel to page up/down and I use their PalmOS version on my Treo for the occasional remote access. A fair portion of our users are on the WAN so they can connect directly using the JDE WorldVision emulator (from Seagull). We in IT use iSeries Access; we don't give it to users unless they have a data transfer requirement.
