First thing you'll have to do is to ensure that the properties on that directory (as checked with iNav) do NOT have "Restrict rename and unlink" on. Otherwise it won't matter what authority you have, you won't be able to delete a file that you do not own. I would not delete all items from there unless "System has been ended to restricted state". I also would make sure that applications aren't in limbo on items in there. For instance, if you used SNDEMAIL to send an item while TCP/IP was ended would it leave an item in that directory until smtp was running again? Rob Berendt
