For EDI, I've used Webmethods, TrustedLink and Extol.
 
IMHO, I think TrustedLink is a better product.

We're looking for an EDI translation/mapping package.  We'd prefer it
to run on our i5, but we're not going to be dogmatic about it if it's
easy to integrate with the i5.  Any recommendations/warnings?  In
searching the archives, it looks like TrustedLink and Gentran are
pretty frequently used.
