AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, I think we might have a WINNER (and a loser me).  I'll
check tomorrow and if I shot myself in the foot, y'all will know, though the
"issue" I am thinking of has been in place for a long time before we went to
V5R4 but..................it's the only thing that MIGHT explain (IIRC it
does a "conditional" override of QPQUPRFIL and/or CHGJOB.....)

Is there possibly a printer override in the interactive session?  That
override would be in effect for the interactive execution but not for the
batch execution.
